Most stores are live within 5–7 business days, depending on how many products you choose and how quickly we receive your logo files.

No minimums per order. Employees can order 1 or 100 items—whatever they need. We do however have minimum total spend amounts, depending on the store you choose. These minimum dollar amounts can be achieved through separate bulk promotional products orders as well.

We can set the store up to allow multiple shipment options. Either bulk shipping all the orders to one location (cost effective) OR shipping individual orders to employee locations (efficient, hands free)

We do not allow returns or exchanges for products that have been decorated with a logo. Defective items get replaced at no charge.

Mis-sized items are handled in a way which allows the customer to repurchase the correct size at 50% off.

Yes. We can create discount codes, storewide sales, seasonal promotions, or special gift-card programs for employees.
